For those of us in the US this may surprise you : Most of the world travels by bus. They wait for minutes or hours in the heat, snow or rain to get to work, see family or get home. Visiting family and doing a bit of business this week, I caught my niece as she was walking home from the bus station in Alajuela.
Sylvia is a 5th grade teacher who also transformed 4 rooms in the front of the family house so she can live her passion; teaching 22 autistic kids. Her charitable heart puts to me to shame.
“For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have” 2 Cor 8:12. Whatever we have we must use for others.

I’m a real estate sales agent that believes in serving others. A long career as a healthcare director has provided me with vast experience in building trust and translating complicated problems into simple solutions. After marrying my wife Xinia, a Tica, over a decade ago I’ve traveled many times back and forth to Costa Rica and have fallen in love with the country and especially its people. My Linkedin profile says I’m an amateur philosopher and Costa Rica connector and I feel like that describes me very well. I strive to be a “reflective” searcher but also a real estate person who connects buyers and sellers of Costa Rican real estate in the most transparent manner in the country. This combination is what makes our team distinct from any other agency in Costa Rica.
